Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Job Site Org, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Company admins control who is invited, what role each member has, and who can be removed.

Accounts are for real people; do not share a single login across a crew.

Do not use the service to store unlawful content, harass others, or attempt to access another company's data.

Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

You own the jobs, notes, photos, and videos your team uploads.

You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content back to your team as part of running the service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you add, including any site photography restricted by your client.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, third-party outages, and connectivity in the field can all affect availability.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Job Site Org is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for required inspections, permits, or safety procedures.

You may stop using the service and delete your company at any time.

We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
