Account information you provide: name, email address, company name, and role within your company.

Content your team creates in the app: jobs, customers, notes, gear lists, photos, and videos.

Basic technical information such as browser type and log data used to keep the service running securely.

To operate the service — showing your crew their jobs, media, and updates.

To send account and service email, such as team invitations and important notices.

To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and performance.

Your jobsite content is visible only to members of your company inside the app.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos for advertising.

We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage, and email delivery. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and protected in transit with encryption.

Access to company data is enforced at the database level, so one company cannot read another's jobs or media.

Files in storage are served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.

We keep your content while your account is active.

A company admin can delete the company from the profile screen, which removes its jobs, customers, media, and member records.

Backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

You can update your profile information at any time inside the app.

You can leave a company, and admins can remove members or revoke pending invitations.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in any message.

Job Site Org is a workplace tool and is not directed to anyone under 16 years of age.

If we make material changes we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, notify account admins by email.
